Is rye going to continue to hit it big? Or has it already? I’ve always loved it in cocktails, and a lot of the single barrels for sipping. Particularly this past year’s Smooth Ambler Single Barrel expression. It’d be great to have more options out there. I’d like to see an influx of premium-type offerings from Canada as well.
